MISSION STATEMENT
Buffalo Trader Online's goal is to provide our customers with a large selection of unique and reasonably priced western decor, western art, and lodge decor home furnishings, collectibles, as well as a select group of western holiday collectibles and ornaments. They take pride in their personalized customer service, merchandise selection, and business ethic. Their objective is to ship products as quickly as possible, to the location of your choice and all purchases carry a money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with the quality or condition upon arrival.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Buffalo Trader Online is currently based out of New Port Richey, FL and has proudly just begun their 17th year in business. Buffalo Trader Online is a small, family-owned and operated venue that began in 2007 with a dream to sell art prints for their resident western artist, Dennis Karchner. Other family members helped with designing and launching the online store to make the dream a reality. Dennis' wife Leigh now runs the day-to-day operations of the business and handles all customer service inquiries, ordering, and shipping of customer orders. Denny helps when needed but also focuses on their Facebook ministry group, Cowboyisms where he and Leigh manage a large group of members for their cowboy and western themed message of hope, inspiration, and a never-ending stream of Cowboy-ism quotes shared world-wife.
The Buffalo Trader Online website was originally started from a small retail store, gallery, and framing shop, Buffalo Trader, in beautiful Cody, WY, home of Buffalo Bill Cody, where the Karchners also represented local artists' offerings, sold western-themed home decor, and provided beautiful in-store custom framing for locals and visitors to the area. As the store grew, they recognized the potential to service online customers nationwide that also share a love for western art, western decor, gifts and western holiday items. That was over 16 years ago, and they've been at it ever since. Denny and Leigh are semi-retired now in Florida and continue to stay active and busy running the business to supplement their income and will continue working into full retirement, but at a little slower pace now. "Old cowboys never die....... they just slowly fade away."
The Karchners continue to offer customers the most unique but affordable, hand-selected decorative merchandise customers want or need for their homes, as well as western art, select fine jewelry, unique gifts, and western and lodge themed collectibles. Buffalo Trader Online has been and continues to be the exclusive headquarters for purchasing collectible large and small format signed and numbered limited edition paper prints, original works, and limited-edition canvas giclées, individually signed and numbered by Dennis Karchner personally.
