Phone Calls:

Due to the increased number of unsolicited spammers, auto-dailers, and prank calls, we no longer answer our business line and allow callers to go to voicemail ONLY. Our Contact Us form is the best way to reach us and your inquiry will be quickly handled and accurately documented.

Voicemail messages are monitored but we do not call customers back in most instances. In the era where most customers use cell phones, we find that customers do not answer when we call back and often our number is marked as spam or blocked. This has created an immense waste of our resources attempting to reach customers by a now antiquated method.
